Stitch Guides for Brenda Stofft Designs

Stitch by Stitch in Larchmont is having a Brenda Stofft Designs truck show.  I can hear you call saying, "So what?"   The reason I've mention it is that their shop newsletter has lots of great photos of finished models--and the stitch guide writer who designed them!  You'll see work by Sandy Arthur, Connie Camp, Robin King, Tony Minieri, Needlepoint Now, and Laura Taylor.  Even if you aren't planning on stitching any of Brenda Stofft canvases, this is a fun way to see her designs and admire the talented folks who have stitched them.

Fall Birds (Love You More and Stitch by Stitch Larchmont)

Two New Stitch Guides from Stitch by Stitch

Stitch by Stitch in Larchmont, NY has two new stitch guides from Mary Ellen Winnicki.  The first is for Alice Peterson's "Sunray Mountain" and the second for Kristine Kingston's 3-D "Halloween Pumpkin."

Mary Beth's cocktail tray from Raymond Crawford was stitched using a guide by Denise Mosley of Stitch by Stitch in Larchmont, NY.  It looks absolutely delicious!

Guides for Rebecca Wood Canvases

Stitch by Stitch in Larchmont, NY is having a Rebecca Wood trunk show, so their May newsletter shows off plenty of Rebecca's designs.  The shop tells you which project was stitched using a guide and who wrote the guide, which is very useful if you are seeking a guide for one of Rebecca's designs and want to know what it will look like stitched.  Guides listed are by Sherry Bray, Amy Bunger, Terry Christopher Castillo, and Tony Minieri.  A lot of the photos are of stitched projects but not all.  Still, it's useful to have a source to look up available guides.  If a photo of a stitched project doesn't list a stitch guide writer, a customer of Stitch by Stitch worked without a guide.
