I just learned Connie Glenn Camp at Nashville Needleworks has a stitch guide for the Ashley Dillion/Susan Roberts Designs Easter Bunny and friends canvas. So I checked their website, hoping for a photo of the finished model. I didn't find out but I did discover a listing of all the kits with guides they offer.
http://www.nashvilleneedleworks.com/kits.html
There is a beaded frog weight by Connie, the Easter Bunny canvas already mentioned, Easter eggs by Melissa Shirley, Victorian Christmas kids (also Melissa Shirley), and much more. Many of these pieces were from classes taught at the shop.
It is likely that you will have to purchase the entire kit to get the guide but the website doesn't say. Check with the shop to be certain.

Enriched Stitches Showcases Models with Stitch Guides UPDATED
Sometimes it is hard to find a photograph showing the finished piece worked by the stitch guide you are interested in. After all, many stitch guide writers create a guide without actually working the piece and their customer never shares a photograph of it finished, so the outcome is a bit of a mystery.
I love a mystery myself but not everyone does. so it is nice to see Enriched Stitch's finished models for which they have guides. In the link below you'll see Christmas and Halloween pieces with guides by the shop or Vicky DeAngelis or Julia Snyder. All the guides are available through the shop.

UPDATE: Enriched Stitch is posting photographs of their finished pieces on their Facebook page. Guides are available for all of these.

Shelly Tribbey Gingerbread House, Susan Portra Guide |
Susan Portra's class on the Shelly Tribbey Gingerbread House canvas went very very well. So great, in fact, that Enriched Stitch is going to start selling the stitch guide and thread kits shortly.

The Cutest Snowman UPDATED
Laura Persin has written another stitch guide for a Sandra Gilmore piece, this time a small snowman called "Hey Ya!" because he is waving a mittened hand at the viewer. The background stitch is pretty and the simple border just perfect. If you are interested in the canvas and guide, have your shop order from Fleur de Paris which distributes all One in a Blue Moon designs. Otherwise, get the guide alone from Laura's website (second link).
