The guide is very basic, but free.  Note that you'll have to figure out the Double Woven stitch on your own as the only diagram is for Triple Woven.  I think this will work, though.

Note that Matilda Square's guide is just a listing of fibers.  It is meant to be done in all tent stitches because of the constant color changes. 

I don't know who wrote the guide for Shells & Cherries.  It may be Coco herself.  Shells & Cherries's guide is not very elaborate, so it is good for beginners or those just dipping a toe into needlepoint embellishment.
