Enriched Stitch in Connecticut just had a retreat and the owner of the shop, Suzie Vallerie, wrote a lot of stitch guides for the participants.
Guides include VNG canvases (Suzie's designs), Penny Linn Designs, Ewe and Eye, Liz for Susan Roberts, Melissa Shirley, Doolittle Stitchery, Kelly Clark, Melissa Prince, Raymond Crawford, and Painted Pony.
