Barbara's witch weathervane is one of a series from Amy Bunger's shop.
She's also done the snowman one.
And the summer kites.
The design of all the weathervanes is by Rebecca Wood and the stitch guide by Lori Carter. You can see all twelve weather vanes here (middle of the page), although I don't think Lori did guides for all of them.
