Your local shop can order the canvas and guide for you (The Meredith Collection has the rights to distribute Charley Harper designs) or you can email Laura at Laura@LauraTaylorAtHome.com if you have the canvas tucked away at the bottom of your sea of stash already.
UPDATE: I'm told Sherry Bray also has done a stitch guide for this design but I am unable to find a photograph of it.
