This fabulous flying witch canvas is from Sandra Gilmore, and it was beautifully stitched using Terry Christopher Castillo's stitch guide.  Your favorite shop can order the canvas from Fleur de Paris and you can contact Terry directly to pick up the guide.

Most guides appear to be from A Collection of Designs (now Burnett and Bradley) or Kirk and Hamilton (now Kirk and Bradley) but there are CBK and Kathy Schenkel pieces listed, too.  I also spotted a Artists Collection piece and something from Charley Harper.

Pat Miller has set up a Facebook page with all her available guides listed.  You can see a photo of the finished model if there is one, otherwise you can see the unstitched painted canvas.  I think you can get hard copy guides but they cost more than a PDF file sent as an email attachment due to shipping costs, paper and ink, etc.  Here's the link--
