Melissa Prince has a wonderful series of small designs featuring letters of the alphabet plus an animal or a theme that illustrates the letter. You can see them all on her website.
Victoria Whitson is creating stitch guides for all of these. Currently (April 2023) there is a guide for the Cardinal, the Owl, Nautical, and Tiger. Not all the alphabet have been designed. Your local shop can order the canvas from Melissa Prince and then order Victoria's guide for you.

Note that this is the 18 count version, not the original 13 count. Carolyn's guide for this should be available about now. Use Facebook's Messenger to send Carolyn a note if you are interested in getting her guide. Your favorite shop can get the canvas from Melissa Shirley for you.
By the way, there is an ornament of just the nutcracker head with the tops of some of the candy canes and also a full stocking version of this nutcracker. I imagine with some tweaking that Carolyn's guide would work for all of them.

Two Free Guides from Kate Dickerson
Kate Dickerson showed off two pieces she stitched and framed for her house in the South of France on Facebook. They are "French Espadrilles" and "French Market Basket." The market basket piece is by Sara Fitz for The Collection while the shoes are Kate's own design.
These were so popular that Kate posted limited stitch guides and close up photos of each to help folks who are planning on stitching these themselves.
