Moore Stitching did a quick video listing the threads and stitches she used on her Scarlett O'Hara canvas.
You can get a good look at Scarlett stitched and/or buy the canvas from Moore Stitching via their website. Note that this is a printed canvas. I've stitched one of her pieces and found the printing to be very good.
